Ravello's Event Center - Merced

I’ve discovered my new favorite Italian restaurant for shrimp scampi! The portion size is generous, the prices are more affordable than other places, and the flavor was absolutely delicious. The server was incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had a fantastic time at this new spot. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to offer angel hair pasta on the menu.

Jose offers outstanding customer service! I've visited this restaurant three times, and I highly recommend the Gnocchi—it's absolutely delicious! I've also tried the Ravioli from Ravello and the Chicken Alfredo. Their freshly baked bread, made every day, is fantastic! Each time I've been, I've left feeling satisfied, as the portion sizes are generous. I also enjoyed the New York cheesecake made by Devin, which was incredibly tasty!

I visited for the first time during the high tea vendor event. The restaurant had an elegant atmosphere, and the attention to detail in the food presentation was impressive. The food was self-serve, and everything tasted fantastic!

Won't be going back. My respects to the waitress either way. It was 1 waitress for the entire restaurant with about 7 occupied tables. The FOOD was not good, the spaghetti my girlfriend makes out of a bottle taste better???????. The artichoke dip we purchased as an appetizer came late and cold as if it had been sitting for some time. The table was dirty when we first showed up, I just shoved the mess to the side(as you can see in thr picture). Of course my phone doesn't show all of the parmesean crums also left on the table.

Really wanted to try this place today for our team lunch. Despite their posted hours they were not open like it reflected on their website. This was very disappointing to me and has discouraged me from trying them in the future. They need to update their hours and post if they will not be opening. Their voice-mail is also full when you try to call. It's these little overlooked things that eventually grow into big things.
