Round Table Pizza - Merced

The person who took my order was wearing headphones and listening to music, which made it difficult to communicate. I had to repeat my order several times, and in the end, it was incorrect. I ended up having to go get my pizza myself because it was set aside and forgotten.

I had an excellent experience and would rate it a 10 out of 5! The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the music was enjoyable. I visited the one in Turlock, but this location was definitely superior. We ordered two medium pizzas, wings, two drinks, and two 5-ounce ranch sauces, and it all came to $59. Everything was really delicious, and I would definitely recommend it!

My grandson and I absolutely love the garlicky white sauce with artichokes and other wonderful veggies. It's delicious! If you're looking for more protein, the chicken wings on the side are a great option.

Ordered delivery. I was told an hour. OK. Pizza delivered in 45 minutes. Great!! No, cold as ice. Do you charge extra for hot pizza?

Shortly after placing my order yesterday 08-14-22 at Round Table 1728 W. Olive Merced, CA 95348 I received a call from displaced delivery driver in wrong town. I informed the driver with correct address but he never showed up. I called Rou..T. and was toldby Natalie it would be here in a few but never did. Today 08-15-22 I called Rou..T, asked to speak to a boss, I was given, TYLER(lead) to speak with. I shared the issue asked 4 refund which he refused I told him I'd b contacting corporate disrespectfully he hung up while I was still speaking Tyler's empathic uncompassionate behavior was very disturbing along withhis condescending tone truly showed deficient maturity level. Tyler is lackin social skills and overall is in serious need of adisposition makeover. Sincerely Yvonne Lucero
