Often rude staff and make their own exceptions to coupons. Sometimes they do not take and now they have decide to make the coupons only apply to cold cuts, despite the fact this is not an exception on the coupon and there is no signage in the store about this. The staff also do not state these coupon rules when asked.Tuna is also often quite soggy. Terrible subway overall.
Doesn't accept coupons despite not having an signage. We changed how we would order because of a coupon we had and clearly were holding the coupons in sight and she didn't tell us until we got to the register and had to pay. Will not be coming back.

My dad Came in this evening and was treated HORRIBLY. There were 2 girls working and treated my dad so rudely. Their computers were not working and were badgering him how he would pay. He said I can pay cash or card, whatever you guys would like. They then said are you sure? He said yes I’m sure now can you please stop rushing me out of the store and let me complete my order? They both started yelling at him telling him he didn’t need to be rude. He said nothing rude. He Kindly asked them to not rush him out of the store AT 6 PM. He then asked them how he could get in touch with the manager and they said they would not give him that information. I am disgusted at the way he was treated. If you’re looking for customer service and kindness, this is not the place to go.
