Little Caesars Pizza - Mercedes

This is my favorite pizza place! The pizza is the best, especially with the crazy crust. It is delicious! The employees may be young and short, but they work hard and provide excellent customer service. Keep up the good work!

Awful, just awful! The restaurant never answers their phones an hour before closing time. When I arrived, all they had left was an old pizza and a bag of breadsticks. I asked if they could make me a fresh pizza using those ingredients, but they refused, citing that it was "late" and they didn't want to inconvenience their customers. It was a disappointing experience.

The manager at the restaurant told me that I was not welcome because I always complain. When I asked for a $5 pizza, the employee gave me extra pepperoni which I did not ask for, resulting in a higher cost. The manager then reprimanded the employee for giving me the $5 pizza. The employee then yelled at me loudly, while the manager did nothing to intervene. The manager later informed me that I was not allowed back because I complained too much. The management and staff at this restaurant do not take responsibility and try to shift the blame onto customers. I observed employees not following proper hygiene practices, such as having bare underarms while handling pizza boxes. When I pointed this out, they did not seem to care. This experience has left me disappointed, and I feel that Little Caesars should address these issues and have better practices in place.

Hot and Ready plus all thin veggie pizza were great with very little waiting. Great Job

I bought 3 stuffed crazy bread orders and 2 pizza’s, and the 3 orders of stuffed crazy bread were raw and under cooked. I had to throw them away. I called them the manager answered the phone and she said she was not able to help me. Worst customer service not recommended at all..
