Contribuisci feedbackWe went there for my husband's birthday. We had a group of 10 with a reservation. They hostess was very nice and the table was ready when we got there. However our server was not very friendly and seemed annoyed she had a larger group. I had a filet mignon and it was dry. In fact everyone who had ordered a steak, their steak was dry. The manager did replace my mom's steak which was better. My husband had baby back ribs which he said we're good. My brother in law had meatloaf and said it was tasteless. Side dishes were cold. Salad tasted like it came from a bag not fresh cut. I had read a lot of good things about this restaurant but all of us were highly disappointed. We will not go back.
Service was very good. Their system was like a train. They constantly had someone checking to make sure that you were taking care of. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The drinks were made very well. My husband and I will definitely be back.
Came for dinner with co workers. Bottom line... found a good dinner that provided everything you needed although without a great deal of anything to make it stand out. Food was good. Service was friendly and efficient. I am just not sure I will remember a whole lot about the experience in a couple of weeks.
My boyfriend and I went there last night and received an amazing meal from an amazing waitress. The food is reasonably priced and delicious. Jennifer (our waitress) was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, we will definitely be back.
I was a huge fan of the restaurant they had in Hermitage and couldn't wait till they opened this one. Unfortunately I've been to the Grove City store twice and It has been terrible both time. I was always impressed with the quality of service and food at the Hermitage restaurant unfortunately that is not the case at the Grove City restaurant. I sat at the bar for 15 minutes and couldn't get a drink one bartender for the whole restaurant. I waited for 2 hours from the time I enter the restaurant to receive my cold steak. In the past they had food runners and served steaks on heated plates, they have neither. This has happened to me twice. I don't need to pay $35 for a cold steak, I can get one of those for a fraction of that elsewhere. We would have drank twice as many drinks, if we could have gotten them. I'm not big on reviews, but I'm hoping to help improve it.
