Before I had even ordered there was a random filet o fish on my order. I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and a plain quarter pounder, the one with bacon had no bacon and the one that was supposedly plain had every single option on it. if I could put 0 stars I would. Y’all need to hire dofferent people

I went after I got off work at 10:30pm and pulled into the drive through. The woman over the intercom was VERY rude and kept interrupting me. I pulled around and was greeted by the woman who did not say a word to me she just held out her hand so I handed her my cash and she snatched my money out of my hand. Then she handed me my drinks and food. I ordered a Dr Pepper and it came out clear, so I asked for her to fix it since I was not drinking that. I told her just give me a coke instead. Their drink machine then started not working and would not pull a cup down and instead of pulling a cup down and doing her job she proceeded to dump an entire medium drink onto the cup dispenser and it still did not work. I finally made it home which is not even a five minutes drive and my food was cold and hard. I WOULD NOT recommend coming to this place.

The awesome person getting our order and cashing us out was so funny and welcoming. I don’t know for sure but I believe he said his name is RJ. Definitely deserves a raise. I would trust him with my drink at a party!

RJ has made me regain faith in this McDonald's. This location has always been a drunken last resort, and if you've used the drive-thru here in the last 4 years or so you would understand; gross food and horrendous service. However, I just wanted a small meal about a month ago, and decided to come here since it was close. In the drive thru I spoke to RJ, he is a bright light in this dark world. Everytime I pull through and hear him I know I'm gonna leave with a smile on my face, and some good food to top that. I have also had great experiences with the other cashier's and employees as well don't get me wrong! Whatever this location has started doing is fantastic and they need to keep it up, this location is now my go to. Still 4 stars because about a year ago I ordered a plain cheeseburger, it wasn't plain so I went around again. It was morning time so I get it, we all make mistakes. I very politely asked if I could get my order corrected to which they got annoyed at, handed the bag to me and slammed the window. The new plain burger now was doused in pepper, like, it looked like they opened a bunch of pepper packets and put them in the burger. But as of late, foods been great and even better service.
