Always takes over a half an hour to get through the drive-thru even when I'm the only one in drive-thru. The guy at the window acts as though he'd rather be anywhere else but here. I'm now waiting in the waiting spot yet again and this time he says it's because they just got a large order in... apparently that takes precedence over the fact I've been waiting at the drive-thru for over 20 minutes and still waiting. I thought I'd give them one last shot, but never again. Three strikes you're out.
