January 2023 Update Went on Friday evening in January to the restaurant in Merelbeke. The food is exalted. Heavenly. Nicely presented. Very friendly service. But very, very expensive. 125 Euro for the menu of the season. 50€ for accompanying non-alcoholic drinks with each course. Thankfully we had a voucher as a gift from friends, but it was very crowded in the small restaurant. Tables pretty close to each other. This made it extremely loud (accustics, we could hardly have a conversation, at the end of the evening we really wanted to go. I had a fragmented headache. at this price, you would expect a better comfort and attention on extras (wood chairs, no table cloths, ... . These may be details, but add to the total outtime experience (especially at this price). One thing about the presentation. There was a dish (Fake Coquilles from mushrooms, which were presented in a large shell shell/shell shell. Each dish of the menu looks good and tastes even better. The aromas are exceptional. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also relaxed and quiet with friendly staff. Great experience!
