La Parroquia - Mérida

We've been here before, it's not so good to eat. the service was like last time, attentive, but most of our foods was warm or cold, did not taste fresh, the rice in the suppe was as old as it was chewed up the...limes were brown/alt. I just liked the coffee. the place was not so busy, the overall quality has been greatly reduced since the last visit.

Normal prices. eating and drinking was just fine. I went twice, but I wouldn't go again. no big choice. for their money there are better opportunities in this city merida, yucatan.

Had breakfast this week at la parroquia de Veracruz in Merida and it really surprised me for good.. when they open they were packed and their service was not that good.. Decided to give them a second chance, I am glad I did so... Food...was great, lechero was delicious and the service was flawless.. Good ambiance, perfect for business, couple, family or friends... perfect for anyone... I liked that they serve their full menu including breakfast all day.. I will definitely be back for more very soon.. I did not feel the prices as expensive as other reviews mention... I even felt it was a lot more affordable than others of its kind..

We have been here before for breakfast/brunch/lunch, most of the times is packed with locals, food is good, typical mexican food and some other things, we had quesadillas, huevos rancheros, pancakes, pan dulce) coffee is good too, overpriced for sure. Staff are friendly and...polite and service was ok given how busy it was at the time. Kids area is nice and since it is a small restaurant you can keep an eye on your children easily while eating, If you get a close by table.

We liked all the food we tried here... strong coffee. Mexican food very authentic and they have a nice playgrund área inside right next to a few tables so you can eat while kids play maybe... for a short time at least... looks like families...visit the place the most and Elder people... is more like a caffeteria kind of place.
