Orgánico - Mérida

Muy bonito lugar, los sándwiches son deliciosos, los chilaquiles no estuvieron tan buenos. Siempre tienen aguas frescas del día que son súper ricas y refrescantes. La ensalada griega nunca decepciona. Definitivamente, debes visitar si estás en el centro.

I was a bit disappointed after trying several vegan options here in Merida. Until I found this hidden gem ! Not only they are very friendly but they have a nice and quiet outdoor and indoor space. Their dishes are beautiful to look at and tasty ! Vegetables are fresh, and colorful, juices are delicious... My recommendation would be a salad plus hummus or eggplant caviar... You’ll thank me later

I've been to the restaurant this week twice with my partner. I'm a vegan and he's vegetarian. Both time we ordered the pastas (cause they were just too good! , the chorizo mushroom and the curry coconut. They come with delicious homemade bread and water is on the housemates coffee is as well very good, and they have two plant based milks two choose. I absolutely recommend! Best meal we had in weeks!

Being vegetarian (e.g. vegan) is not easy if you can eat in merida. organico is a comfortable and friendly place south of the city and serves delicious and healthy vegetarian and vegan dishes. we had the avocado salad and p a la nomia; both delicious with the pasta served with vegan cheese. the owner has also created own coffee-laden concoctions that are worth trying. a very satisfactory meal.
