Pipiripau - Mérida

After looking for a drink and a live music, I stumbled my honey and I stumbled over this place. Luckily, tequila was great, margarita was great. the best part was the polite love personal. we were not treated like stupid tourist. I was even, the bug spray. we didn't try to eat it. I think at an eventful night it would have a great atmosphere.

Decent tequila and mezcal-based cocktails, beautiful outdoor backyard, fast service. very central behind santa lucia.

Wasn't impressed at all. They didn't have the dish we ordered. The waiter seemed indifferent at best, even a little hostile. They ended up bringing more food than we actually ordered and charging us for their mistake. It was mediocre bar food. We left,...really disappointed. The murals in the courtyard were nice.

This place has live music and the atmosphere is awesome. They have cold drinks and they know how to keep the party going. A must when in Merida.

The garden from the back is really cool and there was a really nice atmosphere, but the food we had (snack plate) was like cheap ofen tex-Mex (miller, baked mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets, keile.) the margaritas are cheap but not particularly big. probably better for some beer in the evening.
