Dunkin' - Meriden

I thought it would be a smooth experience, but I was mistaken. I ordered coffee and a dozen assorted donuts for a work meeting, but they only had half a dozen ready. The other six were carelessly thrown into a bag, making a complete mess. The woman at the counter seemed annoyed with me, as if it was my fault. It was quite rude!

The entire staff here is fantastic. I placed a large order yesterday for a work event, and when I arrived at the park, everything was perfectly prepared. The staff welcomed me warmly as soon as I walked in. I’ve never been disappointed with this place.

It was very difficult to locate the drive-thru entrance. There are two other restaurants nearby, and you have to navigate around the building to get there. Unfortunately, there are no clear signs to guide you. They really need to improve the signage for the drive-thru!

I wish I knew the names of people working, they were all phenomenal, but 2 stood hard with a positive attitude to make sure everyone was taken care of! a woman was also so well trained and manages all. I only felt that I had to leave a review because they were busy (to the door, moving as fast as possible) and that was wrapped around the building. this is a great crew you work here, you should be proud!

Gave us coffee even though we ordered tea and the cup said tea. Hot chocolate was just water. Sandwiches were ok and service was fast.
