Qdoba Mexican Eats

This is the only Qdoba I have ever been to that will not make a kids quesadilla on a corn tortilla with no explanation as to why. There are very few gluten-free options at fast food places and this is one my daughter will eat.

Manager is extremely rude. When an order is made wrong she asks me what should they do, just throw it in the garbage...it's customers who pay their salaries. Paying customers are owed respect. This is the 2nd negative encounter with the same manager. The owner must be a real piece of work to have such lousy, rude and disgusting staff even after seeing these complaints regarding the same manager numerous times. Do not support this business. After the interaction they shut off the lights above where we were eating stating they they shut off light 30 minutes prior to close, but no others lights were turned off except those above us. Not to mention she kept glaring at me, making nasty faces as I ate. What rubbish.

EDIT: The Idiots name was Cole and as I was informed he was fired for consistently being a hot head. Happy to know the owner who NEVER contacted me after I opened a case and requested speaking with them. Still would never and will never recommend this location. The manager whom i tried to report but refused to give his name was a tall white guy with a shaved head was a complete jerk. He was insulting and overall a jerk. Would rather go to chipotle then this place

Every time we order online at this location they mess it up. My last order of nachos came with just cheese and chicken, they didn't read what was requested. My daughter's burrito bowl was a burrito, not a bowl. This was my favorite location. I will drive across town to a different one because they always get it right and I get a full meal out of it instead of a quarter of a bowl.

Great food! Staff is typically decent. Usually a quick stop.
