In what typically is a quality food desert around convention centers I found Appaloosa. Go here. Great service, cool vibe, and very very good food... and a great beer list too.
20% added so the kitchen staff can have a “living wage” maybe the scum bag owners should pay their kitchen staff a living wage. Also our waiter told us that any additional tip was given directly to him. Grimy business, trash owners

Food is good, but I'm not thrilled about a 20% surcharge tip.
