The people working were exceptionally polite and helpful. It's just the surrounding area that makes it iffy.
Nice place to stay. Clean rooms, great breakfast and staff is so helpful and friendly
My son was in town and needed to check in before I arrived. He 's 18 with his own credit card and they said Nope. He has to be 21 . I asked if they could make an exception. They said if I was a Diamond member they could. I simply don 't like to beg people to give them my money. I found a place close by that was happy to accommodate us. Keep looking.
We stayed only 1 night. Jacuzzi and pool was nice, staff were friendly, simple break fast. Easy to walk anywhere. Definitely gonna stay here again when I stay here.
The hotel was fine, exactly what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Location is good if you want to be in that part of Denver. My car got broken into while in their parking lot which was very annoying. I'm from the area and did not have any valuables in view so it did feel unlucky. They do not have secured parking, just street lights and some cameras. They seemed completely unsurprised that my car was broken into which makes me feel like it happens often. It cost me many hundreds of dollars to replace my window and it definitely wasn't worth any money saved staying here. If driving your car or a rental, I would strongly recommend staying in a nicer neighborhood, at an Airbnb with a garage, or at a hotel with secured parking. Nothing against the hotel, it just isn't the nicest location and they are unable to keep your car safe.
