This is a Ticketmaster type of nonsense fee and nothing more. I encourage readers to read the reply and decide for themselves. Based on this response, I won't be back. There are plenty of Ramen places in DenverFood is good, service is slow. There is a kitchen fee added on to the end of your bill

Man my first time here I was so excited but the customer service was so horrible I had to write about it. Normally I can tolerate bad service due to I work in the food industry, but wow kyu Ramen brings bad service to a new low. Not only are they rude, but they don't greet you or care how long you wait and deffinatky don't care if your experience was good. I will never go back no matter even of they offered me a year of free meals!!Parking: Done

The best and friendliest service we’ve ever had! Everyone was super kind and we will certainly be back soon! the design is super cool too and we enjoyed all the food, and our daughter really loved the popcorn chicken!Kid-friendliness: All the employees were all super sweet to our 1 year old daughter, she had a great time playing peek-a-boo with the host and laughing with our server!

DELICIOUS from start to finish. We just love the fast service. We were starving and got served super quickly.KYU is now my go-to FAVORITE place to eat lunch, dinner and late, late night meals. What a nice addition to the neighborhood.TRY the Creamy Vegan Ramen with extra veggies or any protein of your choice if you're wanting to stay a carnivore, its delicious.The staff is awesome. Robert the manager makes sure you're happy. The queen and owner of Kyu Ramen of course is Miss Saki. She is beyond caring. She makes sure you are one happy customer. Thank you to everyone here!
