I am very picky when it comes to conchas and pan dulce in general. It took me years to find a good place in Colorado coming from Southern California and I finally found one. These conchas shocked me with the way it stays intact while eating it, usually the pieces on top fall off while eating a concha but with the conchas here they did not. This place exceeded my expectations and I would say can compete with the conchas I’m used to back home. They know what they're doing at this bakery.
