Pizza Hut - Meridian Station

Horrible food and service. Pizza arrived undercooked and in a heaping mess, apparently dropped by the deliver person

Pre-orders a pizza, said be done at 8:15. Yet, had to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza to be done. And on top if it, when I got home the pizza was not made to my specifications. Absolutely horrible.

Wired customer service and I never seen like her ???

Manager was giving bad information and would not place my order. When I tried explaining that that wasn't, in fact the policy, she shouted me down over the phone. I ordered from this location last year and was very happy, but will do what I can to never order with them again. $225 order, thrown out.

My order was not ready at the time stated online. However, the customer service I received from Kylar and Marcus was sincere and nice. Kylar had wonderful customer service and explained in detail as why my order was
