Shake Shack Rino - Meridian Station

As fast food goes this is pretty good. the food came out in a timely manner and was pretty tasty. I got the Korean BBQ burger and it was pretty good, maybe a bit too sweet to me. service was alright although it was mostly hands off. average fast food ambiance.

The customer service here was so amazing! Naja and Shayla were the sweetest people. They are so accommodating and helpful. They both really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy. The kindest people, absolutely amazing experience!

The employees were amazingly kind and on top of it when I made a mistake with my order and they were willing to fix it for me with ease.Shayla was super attentive and Naja made the environment super fun.

Normally i love shake shack for their chicken bites but after last night don’t think I’ll be going. The girl who was working on take out orders and pouring beers was blatantly ignoring me when she forgot to put my sauce for nuggets that i clearly ordered then when i asked the guy who was on the floor who then asked her she still proceeded to ignore my request for my sauce. Worst service I’ve ever had.

Food: The food was good but over priced, everything was individual. I paid $24 for a thin burger patty, 10 small chicken tenders, and a drink. The options looked like they were going for a Colorado Vibe but they missed the mark.Service: Used a kiosk to order and the number was called for food. That does make things feel rather cold but there was no delay and the food was correct and no one was rude or anything.Atmosphere: was great, open but still cozy and comfortable.Kid-friendliness: We took two rambunctious 12y/o boys and there was no issue. My son is picky and they still had stuff for him to eat.
