True Food Kitchen - Meridian Station

As soon as we walked in it was uncomfortable and when I asked the waitress why it was so hot she said the AC has been broken. Wish I would have know that before I showed up for my reservation. We decided to stay but it was an awful experience as it was just too hot. Food was good but prices high and portions low. Which is typical these days.

Emily was amazing!! She was sweet, friendly and high energy. Service was excellent. If we come back, we would like to sit with her again. Food was also amazing for brunch. We had blueberry pancakes and the fried rice was off hook amazing!

TFK is fantastic and live their food, and usually id give them all top ratings. However, their air conditioning was broken and it was very hot inside, especially this time of year aka summer. Would have been nice to know beforehand as I understand it was known issue and will take a couple weeks to fix the ac. With a large group, including elderly people, would have been nice to know when making our reservation.

Arielle was our server  and she was very mindful of food sensitivities we asked her to help us avoid, which are plentiful. She was attentive And professionally friendly but not over solicitous We did sit outside to avoid the incredible noise inside, and it was 96° so that made it pretty uncomfortable. The food was very good and other than the fact that it was 96° outside and there were no misters Or fans to help combat the discomfort,  we would definitely return. Our only suggestion would be that garlic not be included in all of the marinades or mixes for the greens so that there are more options. I am allergic to garlic, and My Husband cannot eat it also because of my allergy. ?? it is not a rare one. Thank you for your consideration. ???

Not a great night for this usually dependable restaurant. Our entrees took a very long time, they came by to apologize, on a night the place was half full. One of the entrees was overcooked and cold. Then we sent that back and the new one was not better. It was overcooked and too spicy. In the end my friend gave up on dinner. They did not charge us for her entree, but that is not the point of dining out.
