We absolutely love this restaurant! The staff is consistently friendly and efficient with our orders. The food is of high quality and incredibly delicious. We also appreciate that they offer breakfast sandwiches all day long. It's a favorite spot for our family!

Blue Sky Bagels offers the closest experience to authentic NYC-style bagels. Having lived on Long Island, NY, I grew up enjoying bagels with cream cheese and lox as a Sunday morning tradition. I won't buy bagels anywhere else in Boise. Believe me when I say these are the BEST!

I’m really not sure what’s happening at this location lately. The service is incredibly slow, and the bagels just aren’t what they used to be. The schmear was very sparse, and my bagel was extremely dry. It’s really disappointing because this used to be the go-to place for bagels. I gave it a few chances to see if it was just a one-time issue, but it seems that’s not the case.

We are on vacation and remembered the top quality bagels. We weren't disappointed, grand as always. We live in a area with only off the shelf bagels and long for fresh cooked, wide selection and warm. How does life get any better. Keep up the goodwork.

Love their Asiago bagels with Loc spread and fresh unsweetened iced tea. Hits the spot every time. I rarely go out of my way to get anything but Blue Sky is an exception for that rule. The employees have fantastic attitudes and I've never had a badexperience. Don't forget to tip! I used to work food service and that is gas money ????
