Jimmy John's - Meridian

Consistently good and reliably the same, with quick service. It's a place where every member of my family can find something to enjoy, and everyone adores their pickles!

This is the second time I've tried to order from the Jimmy John's location on Overland in Meridian, and unfortunately, it has been another frustrating experience. I placed an order online for delivery, and once again, it ended up going to a different business, and I have no idea where it went. The first time this happened, I had to call and cancel the order, then place it directly with the Meridian store. I'm not going through that hassle again! Their sandwiches are decent, but not good enough to make me want to keep ordering from them.

Great customer service! Although the place was busy, the line moved quickly. I ordered the original Vito combo, and it was a delicious sandwich! If you're in the area, make sure to grab a sandwich here!

This reward is useless. I bought $60 worth of food in 1 order then more in the same month and all that I got was a reward from a pickle, a bag of chips or a cookie. they would think $140 worth eating in 1 month would get at least one free $7 sandwich. I'm going to another sandwich shop that's worth my business!

I orfered 2 sandwiches and both of them had no cheese. When i called to make sure they are aware, their manager patrick called me a liar. I left the tip and didn 't even want them to remake sandwiches, and he should be ashamed of himself to talk to customer with hey . I am not that cheap, but he is.He said he saw the cheese and i could 've take the cheese out before taking a picture- what a crack. Not intelligent at all.never will go there again and will fill out a complaint with state.
