Noodles Company - Meridian

I order a variety of dishes there, and they accommodate my requests to replace meat and remove cheese, making everything vegan.

The noodles weren't cooked properly, and the tofu was very gummy. While the flavor was good, I was left feeling disappointed.

We really enjoyed the Japanese pan noodles and the spaghetti with marinara, along with the tofu and side green salads. Everything was very good. Although there isn't a dedicated vegan menu, they are able to modify many items to create a satisfying vegan meal. The staff had no issues accommodating our requests and were very efficient.

I think the only real vegan thing they wear is the Japanese pan noodles that are delicious! but they can make many modifications! including changing noodles in certain dressed, so it is vegan.

The menu does not label vegan options and the staff are not knowledgeable. The Vegan Express app is not up to date on the vegan options. I think only the Japanese Noodle Bowl is vegan.
