KFC was crazy busy but the staff was working super hard to get everything out as fast as possible. During the time I was there No one complained about wrong orders. That was impressive, as busy as they were. Our order was correct and it was delicious!!! I went thru drive thru. A portion of my order was wrong which, I discovered after pulling out of the parking lot. I do a u turn and go in the restaurant. Fast forward to me having a conversation with the cashier because they are giving the food that I left with to the person who ordered it. I explained that as a customer I writing want food that was returned a a customer. If she was the customer she wouldn't appreciate receiving returned food. Needless to say I won't be going to this KFC again. I would think it is against health guidelines to do this.
