Waffle House - Meridianville

Late night shift to 12/2 @1020pm customer service (0/5 stars) I came in and waited for the register to serve but no one came. But a guy standing there checks text messages and IG. Special scream to the lady who made my order invisible after 10 minutes. Eat (4/5) order a Texas Patty melt ..cooked well and hash brown well cooked. I would probably not recommend the night team, but I would stick to the morning team. For me I won?t entertain WH for awhile. Note: If you do not want to work and provide a good customer service, then this could be a hint to find another work line or to get additional training.

Best food and sweetest service ever and we have at Waffle House in many states!!

Place is disgusting. The food was boiled. The best part of the meal was chocolate milk. Go to McDonald's next door if you want affordable edible food.

The workers always look sad that they are their and sometimes complain, but this is a problem at the company level. Eating is good, its open around the clock unlike most more everywhere because when Covid hit places got lazy. old-fashioned diner-style restaurants have a cool retro factor that I'm glad they're stuck. Society as a whole must find a way to live pride and happiness in their workers. And their wages!

Store is always nasty. Only has 2-3 tables open for whatever reason. Never polite,never good service It 's like no one there wants to be at work ever. Tonight there was a sign on the door that said dine in only But the option to dine in is impossible, Because two of the three tables that they had open were dirty and no one wiped them off or even offered to.... Won 't go there anymore. Corporate,Please send them some help.
