Restaurant Japanese really nice. we ate on the map and the sushis/makis/shirashi etc are entirely made home. otherwise there is a small buffet with will that promotes quality to quantity, and that is, despite all, complete. Prices are really affordable and reasonable. impeccable service and nothing to say about the reception and decoration. quiet and very friendly place.

A little change does not hurt ... away from the Asian industrial buffets (follow my gaze ...) here is a buffet to be offered by a Japanese restaurant of Merignac (33700). Inside, delicious slightly chilled shells, shrimps, unknown and original salads (algae salt, wakame salad, ...), makis (crushed fish surrounded by algae), sushi (fish on a rice ball), and of course for the unconditional: spring rolls, nems and samoussas. but above all, delicious hot dishes of meat, chicken, delicious skewers, fish, calamar, not forgetting to accompany them with noodles, rice, vegetables, etc ... to discover. Needless to look for the "Japanese deserts" ... but you will find fresh pineapple, fruit with syrup, ginger confit, etc ... and a great ice freezer. All at will, as well as tea with jasmin and sodas: at noon for 13,50 € and in the evening 19,50 €. And the map mentions dishes that we don't find on the buffet, so I'll come back! moreover, the staff is charming and smiling. We're far from the restaurants-buffet.

We've seen a lot of this kind of restaurant at will, and this one is the only one out of the lot. first exception: there are homemade products! gyozas, nems and mistooks. tea with very good jasmine too!It is true that the choice is reduced compared to others, but the quality is higher. As was said in a previous commentary, it doesn't look like a canteen like the others, it's quiet and rather friendly. and the two people who served us were very kind (he gave us the recipe of the gyozas).If you want things less bad than usual, it is here!!!Visity in January 2017.

I also find the comments below quite hard, especially for a restaurant that starts! at this price you should not expect 5 stars, especially drinks and tea are included in the menu. the size of the buffets can give a false impression of less choice but they are restocked very regularly, and the quality is actually at the rendezvous. all this makes the frame more user-friendly, unlike the other noisy Chinese that look like canteens. I note, however, the small flats hoping that the owners read my comment: there is a microwave to warm the dishes; salad and mint leaves for the nems; as well as mushroom skewers (it is marked that the restaurant offers yakitori); and chocolate sapphire for ice has been removed.

Hi to everyone, I haven't seen any good reviews yet, so I'll be the first. I and my friends being big fans of Japanese cuisines used to frequent all the local Japanese/Chinese restaurants to eat makis in large quantities, and more so affinity with the rest of the buffet. the discovery of this restaurant in front of what was going on every day was a revelation! indeed, the restaurant is very quiet, large, spacious and clean, as well as very well isolated, we do not hear the cars or even the tram through the large bay window. for my opinion, it will be on the buffet at will because I have and never would take a menu I think. After being very kindly welcomed, we offer the buffet. Of course, there is not the usual amount of other restaurants but the quality is well present. For us who are a fan of makis, it's a pure delight. Everything is perfect for taste, rice, everything! the salmon is perfect, the california rolls are excellent and there are for all tastes (my cute sin, those with "saint moret". mmh), short, nothing to say. Moreover, in general, when you arrive, you put a slam in the makis dish and they are refilled the moment of spur. For hot dishes too, it's a pure treat. In general, in a buffet at will, hot dishes are all the same, the same industrial taste as here, everything is made in cuisine with love that feels in taste. We even had the right once to "pass command" because not having enough quantity, the server proposed to tell us what we would like to be cooked live in the kitchen. And finally, the desserts are very good and banal, except for the cream with homemade eggs that is a real happiness and reminds the one done by Mom.To conclude, this restaurant has become our new den or we go there quite often. the only negative point for me would be the lack of a loyalty card, but it would be bad for their business with me and my friends around! the price is very correct for quality, that is to say the same as other restaurants of the genre. I'll never go to coffee again until this restaurant is open!
