Klein d'Alsace - Mérignac

A priori, a shopping mall is not the type of place where I stop for lunch but it must be said that having tested the charcuterie and its high-end products several times, I tried. the room is small (about 20 covers), the reception is very pleasant and the menu of the day at 11,80 euros is unbeatable: Alsatian meats, day sauerkraut, white cheese with a coulis or cut of fresh fruit and drink included! that ask more, when everything is ultra fresh and delicious, really. I'll come back with my eyes closed

It is a charcuterie with 2-3 tables in the commercial gallery of Merignac crossroads, just in front of the boxes. the take-off sale is probably the main activity. on the menu: Alsatian specialties. The sauerkraut is excellent. rates reflect the very good quality. very good address

Having attended the hotel during our stay on board, we decide to go to lunch. surprise at our arrival, there are no customers and all tables are empty while before we were queued. The sauerkraut comes and then we understand. The cabbage is fade and tasteless, a poor steamed potato is bored in the plate, the sausage of Montbéliard is hard as wood. So we didn't try desserts against the waitress is smiling. at our departure only two customers had come to try the adventure. Also the detail charcuterie is no longer a recipe, only one customer during our meal for four slices of ham. certainly are the school holidays but this does not explain everything.

As usual, quality at the rendezvous be it garret, saucisses strasbourg and francfort, all assortments of charcuterie without forgetting the inevitable magnificent cabbage. high-end price in whole (cher.) single flat, cold reception, polished limit and lack of smiles. The youngest selling girl, we felt like we'd bother her. damage for this price !!!!

Very good products, good wine, good beer, smile of the employees all is good. The surface is a little small. highly recommended reservation
