We ordered 4 pizzas for home delivery for 9pm. At 9.30pm still nothing, I called and they replied that the rider had just left the restaurant. In the end the pizzas arrived by 10pm. What's more the pizzas were cold. An hour's delay on a Wednesday evening (never mind Saturday) seems really excessive to me. I believe that if you are not able to manage a certain number of bookings then it would be better not to take them on at all. Or at least be truthful about delivery time. I have to be honest, it's been a year or two since I ordered home delivery from them for the same reason: excessive delivery times. Yesterday I tried again. Why? Because aimé pizzas are good, even if to tell the truth they are not very digestible. Never again.
