A l'Etoile - Merkwiller-Pechelbronn

We had not booked dinner, but we could eat in the restaurant and enjoy our meals. I had pork and my husband had steak. both meals were hot and delicious. the breakfast was extra and was 7 € per person. there was broth. with a lot of cheese and jam as well as coffee. there are parking spaces in front of the hotel. we would be happy to stay in this hotel again.

They do not have to go to the restaurants with a loud name and written with a huge sign on the wall. they only have to go near the door and smell the taste of homemade food. this is the rule for this restaurant where. they can find the traditional regional dishes in a very beautiful presentation, not only in taste, also the aesthetic look. the foie gras is served with a giant gel that lets her dream. the choucroute is prepared with a very good selection of desires and for very traditional wise. let them try a room (in summer season) a delicious slice of cake with mirabelles, a local small fruit similar to a plant also used to prepare a strong and tasty destillat.

Because we were in the hotel, we decided to try out the restaurant. what a wonderful surprise! it is a large space with the tables well spaced so it is very easy to conduct a conversation. and vice versa we have, how. delicious our meal times were with special pages, such as a flaky popover and a shaped flower carburinée. in the midst of the joy of my mannes about his filet de boeuf, he leaned against me and said I would give this place a really good rating

Dans cet établissement tout est parfait , l'acceuil ( personnel et dirigeante sympa ) la restauration au TOP , la chambre tres bien il n'y a rien a redie beaucup de confrères devraient s'inspirer de votre prestation !!!!!( dans ces soirées ""smartbox"" beaucoup prennent les clients pour du bétail et vous traite comme tel!!!!! et profite vde la situation smartbox .ENCORE MERCI et a l'occasion notre prochaine halte en alsace sera chez vous si vous etes en capacité de nous recevoir !!!.

Merci pour l'excellente choucroute. Ça faisait longtemps que j'en n'avais pas mangé une aussi bonne. La cuisine est copieuse, familiale. La salle de restaurant est grande et agréable. Le personnel très pro. Nous avons aussi dormi dans une grande chambre. Tout est propre et confortable. Le seul bémol : pas de climatisation et quand il fait chaud on est obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui donne sur la rue. Pour le reste, nickel. On reviendra en hiver séjourner dans cet hôtel et surtout manger dans cet excellent restaurant.
