3rd or 4th time I got either carry out or car pickup at this location. This time the spinach at the bottom of my salad was covered in white fuzz? Disgusting. Didn't know til I got to the bottom of it and had already eaten some of the spinach... So horrible. I guess I will not go to this location any longer. YUCK! How do you serve that to people?
This location no longer serves tomatoes or pickles. But you better believe that they charge the same price. Business must be pretty bad if they have to make a profit by saving on ingredients at the customer's expense.
These 2 guys told us they had basically already closed and said they couldn 't serve us. This was almost 20 minutes before the store was supposed to close and they had already locked the doors and closed up. They had Door Dash orders that were prepaid and they still wouldn 't make them.
As I eat at Merriam, Kansas at least 3 times a week... it is time for me to comment on the lack of a pleasant dine-in experience. THE MUSIC IS WAY TOO LOUD IN THE ORDERING EATING AREA! ALSO, THE MUSIC IS NOT PLEASANT FOR LISTENING. IDEALLY, IT SHOULD JUST BE LOW KEY BACKGROUND MUSIC. Yes, the workers are young; however, they need to be professional.. They will cause a loss in customers that simply want to enjoy a meal in peace.
