Arby's - Merrill

No good recommendation. the soda donation area was dirty and dust-covered. I mentioned it well to the young man on the counter. the manager came around the curator and asked if there was a problem. I answered that I noticed how very dirty the donation area was, and he only said that they were shorthanded and migrated away.

The order was missing the speck of the waygu bacon ranch sandwiches. called and was told that we could come back to get the missing speck, name recorded for ersatz. a week later they tried to get replacement sandwich and said that it could not be used for the waygu burger. Nice. with the current order to get home to find it again, order made wrong. can we please get those people $15/h? - say that?

Can not go wrong with a $1 jamocha snack size shake in happy hour!

Had the brisket sandwich. it was so good. perfect amount of meat with whipped straw, cheese and Bbq sauce. I also had the curly pommes I love. it's been a long time since I was at arby and I'm going to leave. I will also add, the service was very good and the order was as desired. I give only 3 stars as arby’s 2 stars is eating, but this experience was exceptional.

I always have great experience with service and food at this arby's location.
