I reserved the banquet hall for a luncheon a week in advance and made the payment upfront. However, upon our arrival, the food was not ready as promised, and the tables had not been cleaned; the floor was still dirty from the previous event. It took about an hour and a half for the food to be prepared. The management seemed unconcerned about addressing their mistakes and treated the situation as if it were no big deal. I've heard similar complaints from others. I cannot recommend this venue for your event. If you do choose to book it despite my review, I strongly suggest you call ahead on the day of your event to ensure they're prepared for you.
