Culver's - Merrillville

This is the first Culver's I've visited where the staff didn't seem particularly friendly or happy to be there. The food was delicious and fresh, but it took quite a while to arrive. However, Naomi was very pleasant and the only employee who smiled at us.

The food was served hot and fresh. Jeremy at the counter displayed a management mentality and would be perfect to run the next location. He even wished us a safe trip as we traveled from Columbus to Milwaukee. We definitely chose the right spot to take a break!

These folks are amazing! They kept the restaurant open for us to have dinner after I missed my flight and couldn't find anywhere else to eat. Thank you so much!

Hubby wanted a burger meal and I wanted a fish meal. I also got a side salad. Could not really eat the salad because the ranch dressing was more on the mayo side. Other than that our food and drinks were great.

The person who brought our delivery order for pickup was outstanding. We had a mixed-up order, but she offered to fix the issue right away. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I would definitely return to this restaurant despite the traffic challenges. Coming from Interstate 65, drivers have to navigate through four lanes to make their turn into Culver's, which can be a bit tricky.
