Don Ramon - Merrimack

Eat is good. I was between writing a post or not. our server was not ready to be alone yet, but was very nice overall. I think it would be best if someone shaded her until she's ready to be alone.

This is an outstanding restaurant! We enjoyed the shrimp fajitas and the fried ice cream, both of which were absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. They also offer heated outdoor seating.

We have dined at Ron Roman several times since its opening and have always enjoyed the excellent service, attentive waitstaff, and pleasant atmosphere. However, the quality of the food has significantly declined. After our most recent visit, we all found ourselves complaining about how overly salty the dishes were and the unpleasant aftertaste they left behind. The carnitas taco was mostly fat, but I must commend our waitress for promptly removing it from our bill without hesitation. The corn chips were also disappointing—soft and stale. Unfortunately, much of our meal ended up in the trash, uneaten.

The food was delicious. The service was a bit slow, and the server seemed to be taking it easy at one spot. The server who seated us seemed a bit flustered and appeared to be at a loss for words. Overall, our server was friendly, but they didn't check on us or the other outdoor tables frequently enough.

Excellent Fajita Quesadilla, very fresh and perfect taste!
