We waited patiently for the Tavern to open due to the COVID outbreak. They have not disappointed. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Beer and wine list is fabulous. A simple request for an inexpensive champagne was immediately accommodated and available at our next visit. (Thank you Joanne). I can?t say enough about the food from a perfect lobster roll, shrimp salad and the fabulous steak sandwich. I am a big fan of ordering off of the ?specials? menu. The burger I had at our third visit was one of absolutely best burgers I have ever eaten. We really enjoy the booth seating with personal tv. Sox, news whatever... And a good mix of music in the background works for us. Can?t wait to try the Tomahawk steak. It looks amazing. The presentation of all of the food was fantastic. You won?t be disappointed!

Absolutely fantastic food and service. An up and coming gem for Merrimack. Our food and drinks were beyond fantastic and our steaks were on par with or better than Buckley's just down the street. My filet sliders were a delicious surprise. Our bartender was so pleasant and helpful and while we love many steak houses, we are enamoured with Tomahawk.

Services was great. The food was presented very nice on a cutting board. Food options ranged from some unique apps to a large cowboy Tomahawk steak. Dessert was fresh cooked for us.

This is a quaint and cozy tavern and steak place. Our first time there and really liked the service and the menu options offered. We tried their sandwich and soup that evening and both were delicious. Looking forward to come back and try their tomahawk steak entrees.

We showed up before the dining hall/restaurant was open, however the staff was super friendly and informative so we came once they opened. The atmosphere is dark and cozy, the hostess very friendly and welcoming as well as fast considering she was the hostess/waitress and all for the tables that where present. The menu has some fancier pub foods like beef Wellington bites and other steaks. The food was well seasoned and cooked well. Everything was of good quality nothing took too long to arrive and the meats where cooked to exactly the temperature we asked.
