Chick-fil-a - Merritt Island

I was so unimpressed with the service I got today at the Merritt Island Chick fil A. They wouldn't let me order my drink with no ice even though I asked multiple employees. A health issue requires me to have no ice and I've never had trouble at other stores. They also didn't give me a drink carrier and haphazardly juggled my 3 drinks out the drive through window They didn't ask if I needed any sauce so not until I drove away did I notice there was no sauce. All around a bad experience, I don't believe at all that they value their customers. Extremely unhelpful company at this location behind the guise of wanting to give a good experience.

This is the only Chick-fil-A location I seem to have issues with. I did a mobile order that totaled $90, which is a lot of food. For some reason, this store ALWAYS feels the need to PUT EVERYTHING IN ONE BAG. Not even a nice plastic bag; just a paper one. Overflowing. Is there a bag shortage? I said something to the young lady at the window, and she just gave me a blank stare and said 'ok. ' Whatever. They didn 't give me straws, and shorted me a 12 count nugget. Fries were cold. Food tasted old. Staff is rarely friendly. I called to ask about being refunded for the missing nuggets, and that was done promptly. I definitely prefer the Viera locations.

I have been going to Chicken fil a for years now and unfortunately a recent change regarding the inclusion or exclusion of ice in drinks is unacceptable. are forcing the consumer to pay more for ice than for drinks. I always asked to remove the ice because the machine already has the drink iced at what I believe is the ideal temperature and now you no longer have the option to remove the ice from your drink. however, no one is obliged to pay for ice and not for a drink, if I want ice, I better buy a bag of ice instead of just 1 glass of ice. I would like you to review this because it is absurd for the customer to be forced to pay for something he does not want in his order.

The restaurant is clean and modern, as expected. The food is good, but could be better in general if they used less salt in many of their products. Even the market salad has too much sodium. Salad! Imagine that, but it's there in the nutrition facts. My family enjoys the food, comfortable environment and the kids like the air conditioned play space. Despite the nutrition concerns, it's a pretty good place all around.Parking: Parking is more than plentiful. This restaurant is located in the vast parking lot of a dying mall.
