Domino's Pizza - Merritt Island

When I first started to use this Domino's the pizza was good, hot and tasty. Then I ordered for delivery and after waiting for over an hour the pizza arrived cold and the stuffed breads tasted awful, the chicken tenders were like rubber. I called and wastold they were sorry. I gave them another chance since this was the first time this happened. Then on Saturday, I ordered pizzafor carry out. When I got home, the pizza tasted as though it had just been reheated, my husband refused to eat it and I endedup dumping it and running to a different pizza place for pizza. I'm not ever going to order pizza again from Domino's again. Itwas a waste of money.

I ordered three pizzas for pickup, one of which was specifically made without cheese due to my wife’s dairy allergy. Unfortunately, they prepared it incorrectly and added cheese. We had to drive back to the restaurant and wait an additional 15 minutes for it to be remade. To make matters worse, there was no apology for the inconvenience. The manager was unhelpful and rude, and instead of addressing the mistake, she just pointed out that we weren’t charged for the pizza they had messed up initially.

I called to place an order because I don't like ordering online. I called at 6:30 and was on hold for 23 minutes before I finally hung up. That's way too long for anyone to wait. I used to work at Domino's years ago and never kept anyone on hold for that long. This is completely unacceptable. I'm done with Domino's and will be going to another pizza place.

Marilyn our driver was fantastic. She helped me get the pizzas into the office. They were all still as hot as they would be out of the over. Hands down made this the best experience I've had so far with pizza deliver. Thank you Marilyn!!!

I used to work at this restaurant, and I can say that the management is terrible. The current general manager does not treat employees with respect. She doesn’t appreciate feedback and reacts negatively when challenged, yet she feels free to criticize others. Additionally, they have stopped giving raises to their current employees and are no longer distributing tips. Save your money; it seems like they just want to keep everything for themselves!
