I had the Cuban sandwich, which was freshly made and heated under pressure. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and the prices for the sandwiches were quite reasonable. Dining options include both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor area features several long tables that can accommodate around 100 people, all while offering air conditioning and a stunning view of the rocket and the lunar lander. The outdoor seating consists of about eight tables with umbrellas, providing a lovely view of the launch pads. Overall, with good food and a welcoming staff, this spot is definitely worth a visit for a bite while you're at the center.

The food is quite good, and the service is efficient. While the prices could be more affordable, I appreciate that the proceeds support KSC, making it worthwhile. Plus, there are no government taxes to worry about.
