Taco Bell - Merritt Island

The food at this restaurant always tastes amazing and they always get the orders correct. The service is fast and efficient.

When we arrived at the restaurant, it was very busy with cars lined up. After placing an order for four people at the window, the employee told us we had to leave or cancel our order. In the past, I may have reacted differently, but now I prefer to share my opinions publicly. The location was in Merritt Island, Florida. The employee's behavior was out of line, especially considering the situation of the person trying to place an order. Despite mistakes in our order, the employee insisted he was right. I have strong connections to the community and do not recommend this place due to the terrible customer service. This negative experience was not a one-time occurrence, and I am appalled by the manager's treatment. This incident happened about a week or two ago, and the manager, who I believe was named James, was a white man with tattoos, typical of a Taco Bell employee, weighing around 200 lbs. It was my last visit to this location.

The employees refused to take my order at the counter, and when I tried to pay in cash, the manager, Catherine, informed me that she didn't have enough coins in the drawer to provide change. I only had a $20 bill, and she suggested rounding up the amount because she couldn't give me any coins. She ultimately cancelled my order because of the issue with change. The attitude was very disrespectful, and it seemed like she didn't care about the customers at all.

Always fast service and the workers are so friendly! The CSRs deserve more credit for their hard work and I always feel they can do with praise as well as raises

I bought four tacos and I've bit into the first one and then I bit into it again and I realized that I was consuming some kind of cleaning product, some kind of chemical. Like somebody made my taco with cleaning product on their fingers or something, itscared the heck out of me. Next morning I became violently sick. And when I say sick, I mean just sick as a dog. I can't go backthere ever again. There's nobody there that cares. There is no consistency whatsoever. Corporate should just yanked theirlicense immediately. Oh my God I was so sick.
