I don't like the vibe here.I gratuated high school, I am done with the gossip. As for the homes loons can be decieving. They look nice but they are falling apart. Some of the homes get pummeled by golf balls. No thanks. Also it goes so far back, you have to be extremely careful of the golf cart crossings. People drive crazy ?Anyways, Not for me but I always recommend trying things out for yourself. You never know until you try.
I love the atmosphere that it brings when golfing with buddies. The grass is green, and sometimes, when the breeze hits just right, it's a different environment. People are friendly.
This place is in way better shape than it was 5 years ago. Greens are nice and fast, course is in good playable shape. Worth playing for sure.
This used to be a 365 acre orange grove.I should know I lived there when I went to MI High School. Knowing the land, the old drainage ditches and the small lake where Mom would occasionally see a gator (we had numerous in the ditches along with rattlesnake, moccasin and God knows what else). These folks have done a great job keeping a golf course going. This is an area of Merritt Island that in the late 70's was tough to live in (water well including Sulfur water! Neat!)Hats off to them.
