Stopped in at Merritt for lunch on our way from Parksville to Sicamous and went to the highly rated Lynda's Cafe. Worth every rating! From a stacked beef dip that melted like butter in your mouth to copious fries to a full and tasty corned beef sandwich, this was diner food heaven in a back street cafe. Everything from the kitchen looked terrific and there were smiles all around the restaurant...a perfect compliment to the dozens of bobble toys lining the restaurant windows. A terrific reason to actually stop in Merritt!
Pulled in here on way to Penticton, small basic functional sit down home cooked restaurant. Nothing fancy but good food. Had bacon and eggs which were tasty.
