Although they initially forgot to include two sides of chips, when I went back, the girl working there noticed and asked if I was there for the missing items before I even had a chance to mention it. I wasn't too bothered by the mistake since we hadn't left the premises yet, but had we only realized once we got home, it would have been a less pleasant experience.
I placed an order at KFC Granville for $58.90 and was given an estimated delivery time of 1:01 PM. I patiently waited for over an hour to receive the food for my children. However, the KFC app indicated that it was delivered at 2:10 PM.
I ordered food from KFC Granville and spent $99.75 waiting for my family's meal. An hour passed and the KFC app indicated that the order had been delivered, but it hadn't. After numerous attempts to contact KFC, they finally answered. The person on the phone told me that they had my order but refused to help me further, suggesting that I go to the store instead. They wouldn't even take my order number and insisted I go to the store for a refund. The customer service was terrible, and it seems like the employees are unhelpful. This experience made me question the concept of "customer loyalty."

All employees are young and immature and the place looks like a pig. We are not served for 5 minutes, although there are no other customers and there are garbage, remains of food and waste everywhere. No table is clean, food is rough and...Staff are rude, unhealthy looking children with posture. In my opinion, this place should be closed and it would be if the health inspector showed up now.
