I did suggest to Uber through the app that maybe the delivery drivers could check the orders before they leave the store to prevent this happening every single time considering the staff at this franchise clearly can’t read. How do you explain to a 5yr old that everyone else got their special dinner but theirs didn’t show up? A partial refund is not good enough when you treat the family to McDonald’s and the most excited for it is left disappointed and upset.
Worst McDonalds I have ever gotten food from. Staff are childish mucking around. Food takes for ever to me made and delivered. Let’s not even go to the many incorrect or missing items every time you go through drive through. The place is dirty and the customer service is appalling. The manager is a joke and is not a leader to many babies who are still essentially in nappies working in the food industry.
Toilets are in very poor conditions and dirty, tables are are very sticky as they're never cleaned
The food was decent, but the overall cleanliness of the establishment left something to be desired. I'd rate the food a 3 out of 5, the service a 3 out of 5, and the atmosphere a disappointing 1 out of 5.
The intention was to drive after work, but after waiting for a few minutes, I was told it would take 10 to 15 minutes for service. I thought to myself, if it’s only a few people here, why is it taking so long? In the end, I waited almost 30 minutes. The service is absolutely slow.
