It was my friend's 50th anniversary, and Peggy prepared a lovely high tea to celebrate with family and friends. The room was beautifully decorated in gold and silver, creating a stunning atmosphere.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I enjoyed a lovely Sunday afternoon meal featuring turkey, fried potatoes, stuffed Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower, sparkling water, carrots, mashed potatoes, and gravy. They also offered plain potatoes and dessert. The food was a bit salty for my taste, but overall it was a nice lunch, and I will definitely return.
