PROS: -Friendly and efficient service -Nice ambiance -Easy parking CONS: -Steak and eggs needs some TLC. Stake was like shoe leather and had too much gristle. -A bit pricey OVERAL IMPRESSION It’s a nice place as long as you pick the right dish.
Had the chicken and pork ribs. Chicken was dry and tough. Pork ribs were also tough. Rib meat should be falling off the bone. The extra $2.50 for the loaded baked potato was a joke. Hard to tell the difference between the classic baked and loaded potato. Waitress could have used some schooling in customer service.
Ordered 3 prime rib dinners on dec 15th. Spent $145 for them. Picked them up at scheduled time. Went to have dinner with my parents. Got there no salads. Called and spoke to manager who is the one that gave me the order. She wanted me to come back to get them. Really?! Then she said she would apply a credit to the charge. As of today still no credit.
Thanksgiving staffing was very good, Gwen was super nice. I'm really glad they let me sit down 2 minutes before closing because otherwise I had no other place to eat while my car was charging. Food was great, Black Angus is always a knockout!
