Carl's Jr. - Mesa

The restaurant space is very clean with ample room to maintain social distancing. The bathrooms are easily accessible to the public. I am not a big fan of Carl's Jr., but we had coupons so we decided to give it a try. It was not as bad as I expected, the burger had the same taste but the rest of our meal was well-prepared. My family enjoyed a crunchy salad, however, mine was disappointing, possibly because of the high fat content.

I stopped by this morning for breakfast and was treated like never before. A young lady named Kayla made sure my order was correct and quick, she even asked about my day. Thanks Kayla! I will definitely be returning.

A few days after the Suns game against the Lakers, I called the restaurant to ask if they would still honor the promotion. I was worried that I had missed the deadline due to my busy schedule, but to my relief, they confirmed that it was still valid. The manager (a woman) even advised me on how to handle any issues at another location that may arise. Unfortunately, when I went to redeem my free burgers, I was turned away because the Suns had lost to the Jazz the night before. Despite feeling disappointed, I decided to take a chance and visit another location to try my luck. To my surprise, the staff there were incredibly kind and understanding. They apologized for the previous location's behavior and treated me with utmost respect. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Carl's Jr. at 2002 N. Country Club Drive for making our dining experience a memorable one. The staff there truly went above and beyond to ensure we left with smiles on our faces. This experience served as a reminder that there are still good people in this world, and I am grateful for their kindness.

Patrick in this restaurant was anxious that the grill was down, so we wanted to wait. He was so polite and friendly for our needs while we were waiting. Thank you for Patrick's Awsome

Not too bad of a place, have good menu items, good ol hamburger s. Has a big dinning area. Prices aren't to bad either.
