Carl's Jr. - Mesa

Third time in a row I've gotten the wrong burger. I order and pay for the double guacamole bacon thick burger every time and get a single patty famous star. How do you mix those up??? Replace the staff or shut down. I wonder how many orders these people mess up in a day.

They charged me extra for chicken tenders.... even gave me a separate receipt... and because it wasn't on the order list now I cannot get a reimbursement through my company.

Started in the drive through, one car at the order board me behind them for 5 min. No action so I backed up and went inside. 2 people sitting eating no one else ordering. I put in my order. Not huge by any means, I see the car go through the drive through that was there when I arrived. Food delivered to the car. 5 more cars go through and my order is nit filled yet. Then after about 10 min they are filling it and they forgot the zucchini so the order sits there until those are cooked. There is no less than 5 people working but 2 people actually doing anything. It literally took almost 15 min to get my order and get out. Freddy 's will be seeing more if me. They have and follow their systems.

Eating is savory, fresh and hot. the personal is amazing and very friendly. every time I come here, the restaurant is super clean. 5 stars

It was great. we had to move to the front of the parking lot, but it was good. my job was right and the young man who brought us to eat was polite. I usually don't go to carls jr, but I like to go to this.
