Top notch cleanliness, service and professionalism. one of the few almost food facilities, in my opinion, that go extra mile to ensure that you din or take experience is unforgettable. the manager visited our table to ensure that everything was in order and asked if we would like a beverage refill. oh yes and the spicy chicken deluxe was delicious!

Half the restaurant it used to be. Visited this restaurant a few times in the last year or so with my family. Every visit is a disappointment for me and my family. For me because the sandwiches are kid sized—all of them—and a disappointment for the kids because the playground is pendency closed. Furthermore, seating has been reduced by about 30% due to failure of planning from when they remodeled the restaurant a couple years ago. They’ve taken away some of the best seating in the house for their side operation. This place is definitely not McDonald’s because I’m NOT loving it.

I love this Chick Fil A! The service is always fast and the employees are so nice. The newly added drive thru express is super convenient. Also, Travis Cranford the restaurant operator frequently sends out free rewards which is so nice. Today I had a bad day at work and went here because I was too tired to make dinner. I went through the drive through express and when I got home there was two coupons in my bag for free sandwiches. It made my day! Thank you!

This review is solely for their mobile ordering and traffic arrangement. I chose to do the express ordering which is supposed to be the fastest way. However, they put the express lane outside of the normal drive thru lanes next to traffic and out of sight. We felt forgotten as we watched the entire normal drive through lane go through while we were still waiting. I didn 't even have a large order, only two items. Then when it was time to leave that lane the traffic was sooo backed up that we couldn 't leave and had to wait an extra 5 minutes for the cars leaving and entering this Chick fil a to move. Definitely won 't be using the mobile ordering option at this chick fil a, might not even bother coming back to this one. Maybe when they get their act together.

The service was rude, they didn't say my pleasure when I said thank you. They also opened 15 minutes after opening time. Not happy!
