Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mesa

Decided to go to a different location than usual and wow what a difference . Customer service horrible . Food prep horrible. Ordered 2 burritos and a 3 taco pack all to go . The tacos cold as can be barely wrapped and soggy and soaked. The burritos I really dont understand what was happening but it took 2 different people to complete. Also cold. Look at pic one bigger that the other lol whatever good help is still hard to find but compiled with bad leadership and well yea you wont get my business again.

Had food delivered! 2 orders came back with hardly anything in it. The black beans taste rotten! Can't get a hold of anyone. Food was rushed. I want a refund tried to get in contact with online that's a joke!

I just ordered a salad from this location and found this big bug in it. ???? I tried to call to inform them so they don?t serve others food with bugs but the automated system does not allow you to connect with a real person. So sad. Beware of bugs

This is the third time ordering from this particular location where the vegetables have been completely burnt. This was the worst though, because there were actual pieces of charcoal in my burrito bowl. They?re brittle, so of course they broke into many small pieces that I had to spend forever picking out of my food. This picture is the result. Eating charred foods increases carcinogens in your system and can be as bad as smoking. I will not be returning to this location until I hear that they are under new management, because judging from their sheer volume of one star reviews, this place needs some help.

I don?t usually put bad reviews , but my gosh the service staff seemed very annoyed having to take my order.They were just rushing the process even though there was no one behind me. The girl behind the counter gave me what seemed like half a scoop of food servings, and almost gave me no rice until I kindly reminded her that I did want the rice. I liked the food except for the chips which were stale. I asked for another bag, and was met with a look of contempt by the customer service representative.He did give me a new chip bag which were still stale,but not as bad as the first one. ???????????????? *I have been to this location before and have had good experiences, and this was probably the fourth time coming to this Chipotle.Now I rather not go back to this location after this bad experience gave me the ick. ????????
