Two nice awesome girls. Great customer service and I forgot my phone and one of the girls caught up to us and got it back to me.

Just a quick review for my favorite dessert chain. Yes, I know it's not exactly health food, but sometimes you just crave a warm, gooey cinnamon roll. Cinnabon has always been the go-to place for delicious cinnamon rolls. The new decor and clean store create a pleasant atmosphere that feels a lot nicer than some donut shops, where you might see the staff not observing hygiene. Cinnabon is a clean, classy establishment that focuses on one fantastic treat—delicious cinnamon rolls. I absolutely love it!

I recently visited the restaurant to pick up a multipack of four Cinnabon treats, but I was informed that they were out of stock. When I asked about when they might be available, I was told, "It's an iffy situation. We make them whenever we have time throughout the day, and I can't say when that will be." There was no one in line before me, so I was puzzled as to why they couldn't prepare any rolls. The tone and attitude of the staff member left a negative impression on me, and I have decided I will never return to this location. It's a disappointing way to run a business, especially on the weekend.

I went into the store and ordered a dozen cinnamon rolls. The clerk took my order and told me to come back in an hour. When I returned, I was informed that they were too busy to fulfill my order and I would have to go somewhere else. I'm very disappointed with this company for wasting my time.
